Astra Microwave Products Limited has informed BSE and NSE that it has executed an MoU with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Ministry of Defence PSU, to collaborate across high end defence electronics and aerospace domains. The partnership is framed under Regulation 30 disclosure norms of SEBI’s Listing Regulations.
The alliance aims to pool Astra’s RF/microwave design strengths with BEL’s large-scale manufacturing and systems integration capabilities to address upcoming domestic and export opportunities. The companies will target Electronic Warfare, radar and satellite linked systems that are vital for command, surveillance and strategic deterrence.
