Atmastco Defence Systems Nears Completion, Trial Production Set for April 2025

Atmastco Defence Systems Private Limited, a subsidiary of Atmastco Limited, is close to completing its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The 85% complete facility is likely to start trial production by April 2025. This achievement is a major milestone in India's defense manufacturing sector, in line with the government's Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

The plant will be manufacturing a full gamut of protective gear such as high-end ballistic helmets, army-standard bulletproof vests, tactical vests, and specialized military, paramilitary, and police force protective equipment. Atmastco Defence Systems is one of the few to have been given licenses by the Government of India to manufacture protective equipment of the army standard, which makes it a major contender in India's defense manufacturing market.

This growth reflects Atmastco's determination to help India achieve self-reliance in strategic areas and presents huge export opportunities to friendly countries.
