The transaction, executed at ₹1,658.80 per share, represents a 1% discount to the previous closing price. This sale slightly exceeds the initially reported 0.8% stake offload. The deal involves a 180-day lock-up period for the seller and its affiliates. Following this transaction, Indian Continent Investment's stake in Bharti Airtel has reduced from 3.31% to approximately 2.47%. The move is part of the promoter group's ongoing capital management strategy.
