Bikaji Foods International Ltd has reported a robust financial performance for the June quarter of FY26, alongside a strategic expansion move into Nepal’s packaged food market.
Financial performance:
- Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 6.37 billion, up 14.2% year-on-year
- Net profit rose to Rs 599 million, reflecting a 2.8% increase over the same period last year
- EBITDA improved 5% to Rs 962 million, though margins contracted slightly to 14.7% due to
inflationary pressures
Strategic expansion:
- The Board has approved a joint venture agreement with C.G. Foods Nepal Ltd
