Billion-Dollar Dreams: Arkade Developers Takes the Leap in Real Estate

In a major development, Arkade Developers Ltd. has made the announcement of registering development agreements for various projects, which represents a major increase in its real estate portfolio. But the particular announcement of a GDV of 8.65 billion rupees is not mentioned in recent reports. Rather, the company has acquired a prominent redevelopment project in Malad West, Mumbai, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around 740 crore rupees. This project is about redeveloping Nutan Ayojan, a co-operative housing society, into luxury homes with 2 and 3 BHK apartments.

Arkade Developers seeks to drive its growth strategy through increases in its launch pipeline as well as leveraging Mumbai's top property markets. The firm has an experience of over 38 years, having delivered 31 projects and having over 20 lakh square feet under construction.
