Brigade Group's premium flexible office brand, BuzzWorks, has rolled out a big thrust in Hyderabad with a new preeminent center offering over 50,000 square feet of managed office space. The expansion is in line with the company's commitment to building its presence in India's fastestgrowing commercial hubs.

Major Points:

The new BuzzWorks facility, which has just opened in Auro Orbit, HITEC City, spans 25,000 square feet and has 416 workstations, collaborative areas, and meeting rooms.
Infor India, an international business software firm, has leased another 24,000 square feet of space there, taking the Hyderabad presence of BuzzWorks to almost 50,000 square feet.
The structure is conceived on an 'Urban Forest' theme with biophilic architecture and smart space technology facilitated by AI and green materials.

Strategic Vision:

BuzzWorks is targeting a total of one million square feet of flexible office space in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai by FY26.
The business is pursuing land partnerships in a big way to expand its presence and develop 10,000 premium seats in the metros.
Hyderabad growth follows the city's 56% yearonyear growth in Grade A commercial leasing driven by IT services and global capability centers.
