Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Ltd has announced the appointment of Meenal Shrirang Patwardhan as Managing Director and Chairman, effective November 2025. The decision was taken during the company’s recent board meeting, which also saw the induction of other directors to enhance governance and operational oversight.  

The leadership change comes at a crucial time for the company, which reported a net loss of ₹10.27 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to a profit in the same quarter last year. With revenues declining sharply, the new management team is expected to focus on stabilizing operations, improving compliance, and exploring growth opportunities in the breweries and distilleries sector.
