Chembond Chemicals Limited unveiled its Q3 FY25 financial results, showcasing a mixed performance. The company’s revenue declined marginally by 1.8%, standing at ₹1,265.1 million compared to ₹1,288.9 million in Q2 FY25. However, operating profit displayed remarkable growth, surging by 41.2% to ₹178.8 million, up from ₹126.6 million in the previous quarter.
Despite operational gains, net profit slipped 15.5% to ₹117.2 million, down from ₹138.7 million in Q2 FY25, influenced by higher costs and other external factors. The basic earnings per share also dropped to ₹8.71 from ₹10.31.
The company attributed its operational growth to efficiency improvements, while acknowledging market headwinds that impacted overall profitability. Analysts are optimistic about Chembond's long-term performance given its strategic focus on operational excellence and innovation.
