Concord Control Systems Limited, a key OEM supplier to Indian Railways, has secured a significant order that further strengthens its position in the railway electronics and control systems space. The company informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, has been awarded a contract by Indian Railways for a comprehensive Loco wireless control system.
The scope of work includes supply, installation and commissioning of the complete system across designated railway assets, reflecting increasing adoption of advanced wireless technologies to enhance safety, efficiency and remote monitoring in locomotive operations. The project is to be completed within 18 months from the commencement date, adding healthy revenue visibility to Concord’s order book.
Management views this win as a reaffirmation of Concord’s technical capabilities and long-standing relationship with Indian Railways, and it is expected to support capacity utilisation and margins in the medium term.
