Ltd and Mr. Shekhar Dnyanoba Walhekar for land at Survey No. 165, Dhayari village, on Canal Road, Sinhagad Road, Pune. The facility will span approximately 20,000 sq. ft. and will be used for manufacturing namkeen and other food products.
The lease term is for 8 years, with a monthly rent of ₹132,000. The company emphasized that this expansion will enhance operational efficiencies and contribute significantly to its growth trajectory. There is no shareholding or interest from the promoters or group companies in the entity with whom the agreement is executed, and the transaction is not classified as a related party transaction.
