Waayu, the nation's first zero-commission food ordering platform, has distributed more than 1.1 lakh Mahakumbh Prasad boxes to 19,000 pin codes in India through its partnership with ONDC. The initiative helped pilgrims who were unable to physically attend the Mahakumbh 2025 experience its spiritual aura sitting in the comfort of their homes. The Prasad, a blend of Shudha Desi Ghee Besan Laddoos, was prepared in Prayagraj, Ayodhya, and Varanasi adhering to traditional processes and green packaging.
Orders were received from platforms like Paytm, Snapdeal, and Bajaj Finserv, 40% of which were from Tier 1 cities and 35% from Tier 3 cities. Waayu's efficient logistics system ensured on-time delivery, with 80% of orders being delivered within five days.
