Dreams Sold, Milestones Achieved: NBCC Wraps Up ₹15.05 Billion Aspire Dream Valley Auction

Government-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has achieved success in conducting the e-auction of 1185 residential units in Aspire Dream Valley Phase III in Greater Noida. The sale through auction achieved a total sales value of ₹15.05 billion, a huge success for the company. NBCC will receive a marketing fee of 1% of the total sales value under the agreement.

 

Aspire Dream Valley project is among the flagship projects of NBCC that reflects its success in real estate development and project management consultancy. The e-auction found positive interest among customers, reflecting confidence in NBCC to deliver quality residential units.
