As the award's patron, he engaged with students from across India, discussing their projects and the positive impacts on their communities. The event featured music and dance performances by the school's students, celebrating the program's role in fostering essential life skills and personal growth. Director Vanita Uppal OBE expressed gratitude for the Duke's support, highlighting the award's significance since the school's adoption in 2007.
