Findi acquires Bankit Services to boost financial inclusion in India

Australian fintech major Findi Ltd has acquired Noida-based Bankit Services Pvt Ltd for AUD 30 million (INR 1.6 billion). This acquisition will triple Findi's merchant network to over 1,80,000 partners and expand its reach to 12,000+ pin codes, thereby enhancing financial access in underserved areas. The acquisition is in line with Findi's strategy of creating a full-stack financial ecosystem, empowering millions with innovative banking solutions. After acquisition, the firm's growth will be led by Bankit's co-founder Amit Nigam. The acquisition is expected to be completed by 31 March, 2025.
