Akzo Nobel India:
Promoter Imperial Chemical Industries sold 40.97 lakh shares (8.99% stake) in Akzo Nobel India for Rs 1,296.09 crore at Rs 3,163.5 per share. Post-sale, promoters held 69.76% as of September 2025. Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs Funds bought 3.35 lakh shares (0.73%) for Rs 105.67 crore.
Nephrocare Health Services:
Polar Capital’s Healthcare Opportunities Fund purchased 34.27 lakh shares (3.41% stake) in Nephrocare for Rs 165.1 crore at Rs 481.77 per share, while Poonawalla Vision Fund I acquired 6.1 lakh shares (0.6%) for Rs 29.89 crore at Rs 490.05 per share.
Ola Electric Mobility:
Founder Bhavish Aggarwal sold 4.19 crore shares (0.95% stake) in Ola Electric for Rs 142.3 crore, following a 0.6% stake sale earlier. Across two sessions, he offloaded over 1.5% stake worth Rs 234.17 crore. Promoter holding stood at 36.78% in September 2025.
