Commodity Updates
As of December 24, 2025, the MCX Exchange closed on a positive note across key commodities. Gold settled at ₹1,38,179, up ₹294 (+0.21%), while Silver witnessed strong buying interest, closing at ₹2,23,730, rising ₹4,077 (+1.86%). Crude Oil ended the session at ₹5,270, gaining ₹16 (+0.30%), reflecting steady domestic demand. Both MCX and NCDEX were marked closed at the end of the session.
Meanwhile, live international markets showed broader strength. Gold traded at $4,528.60, up +0.51%, while XAU/USD stood at $4,497.51, gaining +0.41%. Silver surged to $73.648, registering a sharp +2.47% rise. Copper advanced +2.20% to $5.6955. Energy prices were mixed, with WTI Crude at $58.53 (+0.31%), Brent Oil at $62.29 (-0.14%), and Natural Gas rising +1.49% to $4.305, indicating selective strength across global commodities.
