National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT)
Singapore-based Nitro Asia Holdings II acquired 19.56 crore units (10.1%) of NHIT for Rs 2,905.2 crore at Rs 148.53 per unit. The purchase came from two existing unitholders—CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (4) Inc. and 2452991 Ontario—each selling 9.78 crore units (5.05%) for Rs 1,452.62 crore. Both sellers earlier held 25% stakes each in the trust.
Uflex
First Water Fund purchased 3 lakh shares (0.4%) of packaging major Uflex from K2 Family Private Trust for Rs 14.31 crore at Rs 477 per share. With this transaction, First Water Fund builds on its existing holding, having already owned 2.47% of Uflex as of September 2025. The deal reflects continued investor interest in the company’s packaging solutions business.
