Silver saw the sharpest sell-off, plunging to approximately 69.57, a steep drop of 9.32%, indicating heavy liquidation in precious metals. Among industrial metals, copper edged lower to about 5.70, down 0.41%, signalling cautious expectations around global growth. Energy markets were also under pressure, with WTI crude trading near 62.86, down 0.68%, and Brent crude at around 67.13, lower by 0.39%. Natural gas softened to roughly 3.50, declining 0.54%, amid persistent supply-side pressures.
