Amalfi (Versova): Launched alongside The Arcadian, Amalfi has an estimated GDV of ₹300 crore and has recorded bookings totaling ₹38 crore, backed by a strong enquiry pipeline attributable to the project’s distinctive B&G architectural theme and superior amenities.

Looking Ahead: Project Varun (Bandra) & FY26 Guidance

Project Varun, an ultra-luxury redevelopment initiative located in one of Mumbai’s most coveted addresses, Bandra, is advancing well in construction and is slated for a Q3 FY26 launch. This will further consolidate Sri Lotus's position in the premium housing segment.
The company projects a strong FY26 with anticipated Pre-Sales in the range of ₹1,100-1,300 crore, revenue growth between 75-85% year-on-year, and PAT growth of 30-35% year-on-year. These forecasted figures reflect Lotus Developers’ confidence fueled by its proven expertise, quality construction, timely delivery, and a well-established trust among discerning homebuyers.
