A touching tale of kindness and family values has come out of the Salim Khan household. Salman Khan’s uncle, actor and writer Sohail Khan’s father-in-law, has reportedly adopted a Nepalese domestic worker who recently lost his job. This heartwarming story first caught the public's eye when a family friend shared it on social media, quickly winning hearts all over India.
Sources close to the family reveal that the Nepalese worker, who had been working as a domestic helper at a friend’s place, was let go due to downsizing and found himself without a job or a roof over his head in Mumbai. Upon hearing about his plight, Salim Khan, the head of Bollywood’s most renowned family, jumped in to help. “He’s one of our brothers now,” Salim was quoted as saying. The family welcomed him with open arms, offering not just shelter and food, but also emotional support and a true sense of belonging.
This generous act has been celebrated as a shining example of humanity, especially in a city where migrant workers often face tough challenges. “We believe in helping those in need, no matter where they come from,” a family insider shared. The Nepalese man is now reportedly living with the extended Khan family, enjoying meals and daily life as a cherished member of the household.
This story is a beautiful reminder that compassion can bridge gaps, and that even the smallest acts of kindness can create a significant impact.
