Key Corporate Developments and Updates

Dr Reddy's Laboratories: The USFDA completed a GMP inspection at the company’s API Middleburgh facility in New York from May 12–16 and issued a Form 483 with two observations.
Bharat Electronics:
Received additional orders worth Rs 572 crore since April 7, covering Integrated Drone Detection and Interdiction Systems (IDDIS), Software Defined Radio (SDR), Data Communication Units (DCU) for attack guns, AI-based ship solutions, simulators, communication gear, jammers, spares, and services.
KEC International: Secured new transmission and distribution orders worth Rs 1,133 crore in India.
RPP Infra Projects: Received a letter of acceptance for a Rs 154.43 crore project to supply factory-finished fabricated boiler structures in Koderma, Jharkhand.
Max Healthcare Institute: Subsidiary Crosslay Remedies acquired a 4,000 sq. meter land parcel with a building adjacent to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali, for Rs 120 crore. This enables addition of ~140 beds within 30 months.
Lumax Auto Technologies: Board approved acquisition of remaining 25% stake in IAC International Automobile India for Rs 221 crore from IACG Holdings LUX SARL. Post-deal, IAC becomes a 100% material subsidiary.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries: Received USFDA Premarket Approval (PMA) for the next-gen BLU-U Blue Light PDT Illuminator featuring LED panels, replacing fluorescent tubes. Used with Levulan Kerastick for treating actinic keratoses on the face, scalp, or upper extremities.
NBCC (India): Sold 446 residential units in Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV, Noida, via e-auction for Rs 1,467.93 crore. Will earn a 1% marketing fee from the sale.
JSW Steel: Board to meet on May 23 to consider long-term fund-raising plans and dividend recommendation.
Bajaj Auto: Subsidiary BAIH BV signed loan agreements with JP Morgan Chase Bank, DBS Bank, and Citigroup Global Markets Asia to raise 566 million euros (Rs 5,431.08 crore). The loan is unsecured and for one year.
PNC Infratech: Received an arbitration award of Rs 485.28 crore plus 12% annual interest related to an EPC project for completing the Agra Bypass in Uttar Pradesh under NHAI.
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals: Reported a fire incident at a contract manufacturing site, temporarily disrupting production. Assessment and recovery efforts are ongoing.
Vodafone Idea: Acquired a 26% stake in Sangli Wind Energy for Rs 31.2 lakh. Sangli is an SPV created to run a captive power plant. It becomes an associate of Vodafone Idea post-acquisition.

Bharti Airtel:
- Promoter entity Singtel sold a 1.16% stake (7.1 crore shares) in the company at an average price of Rs 1,814.08 per share, amounting to a total value of Rs 12,880 crore.
Dam Capital Advisors:
- Gazania Advisory LLP purchased 5.5 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 216.70 per share.
IndusInd Bank:
- Route One Fund I LP sold 50.38 lakh shares in the bank at an average price of Rs 765.68 per share.
JSW Infrastructure:
- Promoter entity Sajjan Jindal Family Trust sold a 2% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 288.21 per share, valued at Rs 1,210.48 crore.
- However, the Government of Singapore acquired a 0.87% stake at an average price of Rs 288.10 per share.
