Ganesh Infraworld Ltd has announced the formation of a joint venture with Netsoft Integrator Pvt Ltd to bid for and execute a railway infrastructure project worth ₹587.9 million. The collaboration aims to combine Ganesh Infraworld’s civil engineering expertise with Netsoft’s digital integration capabilities, creating a tech-enabled execution model for Indian Railways.
The JV will target a tender floated by the Railway Board under its modernization and electrification initiative. The scope includes track electrification, signaling upgrades, and digital monitoring systems across a key regional corridor. The project is expected to be awarded in Q2 FY26, with execution timelines spanning 18–24 months.
This marks Ganesh Infraworld’s first major foray into railway EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), while Netsoft brings in its experience from smart city and IoT-based infrastructure deployments. The partnership is seen as a strategic move to tap into India’s ₹1.5 lakh crore railway capex pipeline.
