Rushil Decor Limited recently inaugurated the trial run production of jumbo size laminate sheets at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Village Itla near Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The facility, launched on April 30, 2025, marks the company’s strategic move to capture the growing demand for thicker format decorative laminates both domestically and internationally.
This Phase 1 plant boasts an annual production capacity of approximately 1.2 million jumbo laminate sheets (considered as 1mm thickness). It positions Rushil Decor strongly in the rapidly expanding global jumbo laminate market, with an emphasis on exports to developed and developing countries, including key international markets like the USA and Europe.
The new facility aligns with the company’s heritage of innovation and technological advancement. Rushil Decor operates seven manufacturing units equipped with advanced German machinery, ensuring precision, consistency, and scale. The company already has a robust product portfolio under its flagship brand VIR, including laminates, MDF boards, and eco-friendly panels catering to diverse residential, commercial, and institutional requirements.
