A key feature of this year’s edition is the Global Food Regulators Summit hosted by FSSAI, which aims to harmonize food safety frameworks and regulatory standards across borders. The summit will facilitate dialogue among international agencies, enabling smoother trade and compliance pathways.

 

In parallel, the India International Seafood Show will connect processors, exporters, and innovators in the marine sector. With rising global demand for sustainable seafood, the show will highlight India’s capabilities in aquaculture, cold chain logistics, and value-added marine products.

 

Startup Grand Challenge And Innovation Spotlight

 

The Start-up Grand Challenge 3.0, led by MoFPI in collaboration with Startup India and NIFTEM-T, will showcase high-potential food-tech startups working in areas such as AI, IoT, nutraceuticals, and waste reduction. Winners will receive cash awards, mentorship, and incubation support to scale their solutions.

 

The innovation pavilion will also feature demonstrations of smart packaging, digital supply chains, and traceability platforms that enhance food safety and consumer trust.

World Food India 2025 will host a global reverse buyer-seller meet, CEO roundtables, and dedicated country and state sessions to facilitate B2B, B2G, and G2G collaborations. These engagements are designed to:
