Godrej Properties Limited , a top-tier Indian real estate developer, is poised to capitalize on strong demand by launching ₹22,000 crore worth of housing units in the second half of fiscal 2026. This follows a healthy first half during which the company launched projects worth ₹18,600 crore and booked sales of nearly ₹15,600 crore, representing 47% and 48% of their annual launch and booking targets respectively.
Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej expressed confidence in meeting or surpassing the full-year guidance of ₹40,000 crore in launches and ₹32,500 crore in sales bookings. Godrej Properties operates in key urban markets including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad with plans for new projects in prime locales like Worli and Bandra.
The company reported a 21% increase in consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26 to ₹403 crore, with total income rising to ₹1,950 crore demonstrating strong operational momentum. Healthy market sentiment, backed by increased housing affordability and consumer optimism, is expected to sustain growth momentum into H2.
