Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd. has kicked off FY26 on a strong note, reporting a quarterly sales volume of 124,027 metric tonnes (MT) for Q1, driven by sustained demand from the construction and infrastructure sectors. This performance highlights the company’s ongoing growth momentum and strategic expansion across its product lines.

Key Highlights:

Record Sales Volume: The Q1 sales volume of 124,027 MT marks a notable year-on-year increase, reflecting the company’s ability to capture rising demand for steel tubes and structural products, especially in infrastructure projects and real estate development.

Financial Performance: Hi-Tech Pipes reported consolidated revenue of ₹733.74 crore for the quarter, up 7.7% year-on-year, and a profit after tax of ₹17.6 crore, a 58% jump from the previous year. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹34.9 crore, maintaining healthy margins despite increased distribution and branding expenses.

Capacity Expansion: The company is nearing completion of its Sikandrabad and Sanand Phase-2 units, which will soon boost total manufacturing capacity from 0.75 million to 1 million tonnes per annum. Further expansions are planned for FY26 and FY27, supporting a projected volume CAGR of nearly 24%.

Strategic Initiatives: Hi-Tech Pipes has ramped up investments in distribution, branding, and marketing—recently onboarding Hrithik Roshan as brand ambassador—to reinforce its market presence. The company’s strong credit rating and disciplined financial management have further improved capital efficiency and reduced debt.

Market Outlook: With government policies supporting infrastructure growth and a robust project pipeline, Hi-Tech Pipes is well-positioned to maintain its upward trajectory in the coming quarters.
