Hindustan Foods Ltd., a contract manufacturing leader in India’s FMCG space, announced the acquisition of a food manufacturing facility in Nashik via its promoter-owned unit, Avalon Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. The facility, located in Sinnar MIDC, spans 16 acres and includes over 100,000 square feet of built-up area. It is equipped to produce 5,000 tonnes annually of dry powder-based products such as soups, meal-makers, and energy beverages.
This strategic acquisition is part of Hindustan Foods’ broader plan to scale operations, diversify its product portfolio, and strengthen its supply chain for leading FMCG brands.
