Icon Facilitators Limited, a top technical facilities management firm headquartered in Delhi, has been given the go-ahead by the BSE SME Exchange to issue its IPO. The firm aims to mobilize about ₹22 crores by issuing 21,00,000 equity shares. With expertise in managing electrical systems, HVAC, water treatment plants, and fire protection equipment, Icon Facilitators is servicing well-known clients such as Maruti Suzuki, Deloitte, and DLF.
The IPO proceeds will mainly be used to meet working capital needs and corporate objectives. With its established position in North India and recent foray into Bengaluru, the company is set for exponential growth. Founder Dinesh Makhija-headed Icon Facilitators registered revenues of ₹49.84 crore in FY24. This IPO is a significant milestone in its journey to expand operations and consolidate its market presence.
