IISc Partners with ZEISS India for AI-Powered Eye Care Research

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru has announced a strategic collaboration with ZEISS India to advance AI-based eye care solutions. ZEISS has established a state-of-the-art research facility at IISc dedicated to developing high-fidelity AI solutions for eye care. The partnership aims to enhance early diagnosis and improve patient outcomes in ophthalmology. As part of this initiative, ZEISS is sponsoring six MTech students for the next three years through its CSR-sponsored 'MTech Fellowship Program' at IISc. This collaboration is expected to strengthen India's position as a hub for scientific excellence in eye care technology.
