The fair runs in two phases: business days from November 14-18 for B2B interactions and general public days from November 19-27. It provides a platform for networking, business development, cultural performances, workshops, and seminars focused on regional development and entrepreneurship.

Visitors are encouraged to use Metro routes to Pragati Maidan due to expected traffic congestion. Entry timings are 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with ticket prices ranging from INR 80 to 500 depending on the day and category.
