International Conveyors Expands Portfolio with Strategic Stake in Ganesha Ecosphere

International Conveyors Limited has strategically invested by acquiring equity shares of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd worth ₹2.996 crore. The acquisition on February 28, 2025, includes 22,782 shares of the market-leading rPET fiber producer. This investment is in line with International Conveyors' strategy to diversify into the increasing market of recycled polyester. Ganesha Ecosphere, which reported a turnover of ₹1,122.927 crore in FY 2023-24, is a first-in-the-country producer of recycled PET fiber and yarn from post-consumer waste of bottles. The acquisition will make International Conveyors, the conveyor belting company, realize synergies between its expertise and Ganesha Ecosphere's leading position in textile recycling, with scope for opening up new possibilities of sustainable product innovation and expansion into new markets.
