JSW MG Motor India Achieves 23% Sales Growth in April 2025, Windsor EV Leads the Charge

JSW MG Motor India has reported a robust sales performance for April 2025, recording a total of 5,829 units sold-a 23% year-on-year increase compared to 4,725 units in April 2024. This impressive growth cements the company’s position as a rising force in the Indian automotive market, particularly in the electric vehicle (EV) segment.

 

At the forefront of this surge is the Windsor EV, which continues its reign as India’s best-selling electric vehicle for the seventh consecutive month. With over 20,000 units now on Indian roads and more than 30 industry awards, the Windsor EV’s blend of innovation, performance, and value has resonated strongly with consumers. The company’s EV portfolio, which also includes the Comet and ZS EV, has played a pivotal role in driving demand and boosting overall sales.

 

JSW MG Motor’s ongoing momentum follows a record-breaking March 2025, where the company posted its highest-ever monthly sales. Looking ahead, MG is set to further strengthen its EV lineup with the upcoming launch of a long-range Windsor variant, promising even greater range and advanced features.
