Keystone Rockets Past FY26 Targets in Q1, Redevelopment Pipeline Powers ₹10,680 Cr Pre-Sales

Keystone Realtors Ltd, the Mumbai-based real estate developer behind the Rustomjee brand, has delivered a blockbuster ₹10,680 crore in pre-sales during Q1 FY26, already surpassing its full-year guidance for new project additions. The company’s aggressive push in cluster redevelopment and mid-market housing across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) is paying off, with marquee projects like GTB Nagar (₹4,521 Cr GDV) and Andheri West (₹3,000 Cr GDV) leading the charge.

 

Chairman Boman Irani confirmed that Keystone has already exceeded its FY26 launch guidance of ₹7,000 crore, with 22 projects secured in the last 30 months—18 of them in redevelopment. The company is also seeing strong traction in premium and ultra-premium segments, supported by Mumbai’s infrastructure boom and rising demand for branded housing.

 

With over 60,000 buildings in Mumbai ripe for redevelopment and 40,248 property registrations in the last quarter alone, Keystone is well-positioned to ride the urban renewal wave.
