KPI Green Energy Wins Rs 128-Crore Green Hydrogen EPC Order From NTPC

KPI Green Energy Limited announced that it has received a key order from state run NTPC Limited, strengthening its position in India’s emerging green hydrogen ecosystem. The mandate relates to a plasma gasification based green hydrogen project, where KPI Green will provide end-to-end EPC services along with civil works and subsequent operations support.

According to the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the aggregate value of the contract stands at about Rs 128.49 crore, excluding GST. The work will be executed in line with the project schedule and contract terms, while operations and maintenance services are to be provided for a period of two years. The company has clarified that the order is from a domestic entity, involves no related-party interest from promoters or group companies, and is being executed on an arm’s-length basis.
