The project is operated through Ayana Renewable Power Four Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt. Ltd., which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, a joint venture between ONGC and NTPC.
