Magellanic Cloud Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Provigil Surveillance has received a ₹2.25 crore Letter of Acceptance from IRCTC to develop and deploy an AI-enabled CCTV live-streaming and analytics portal for monitoring authorized kitchen units. The project aims to enhance hygiene, transparency, and operational oversight.
In a move to bolster transparency and hygiene compliance across its catering operations, Magellanic Cloud Limited informed that its subsidiary Provigil Surveillance Limited has bagged a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) worth ₹2.25 crore.
Under this one-year contract, Provigil Surveillance will develop, deploy, and test a continuous live-streaming and video analytics portal, integrating AI-based clip gathering and real-time monitoring of CCTV feeds from IRCTC-authorized kitchen units. The centralized portal will enable IRCTC officials to proactively track hygiene standards, detect irregularities, and strengthen food safety governance.
