Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh's love story Mere Husband Ki Biwi saw a slight 10% increase on day two at the box office. Having collected ₹1.5 crore on its opening day on Friday, the movie raked in ₹1.65 crore on Saturday, taking its collection to ₹3.15 crore, according to Sacnilk reports.

In spite of its light-hearted tone and upbeat tracks such as "Gori Hai Kalaiyan," the Mudassar Aziz film has a difficult battle on hand against Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava, which continues to reign supreme with ₹45 crore on Saturday alone. Mere Husband Ki Biwi, made on a budget of ₹60 crore, fails to make headway amidst mixed responses and poor audience turnouts, with a total Hindi occupancy of 15.95%.

The next few days will tell if this comedy-drama will be able to stand against the box-office titans.
