Shah Rukh Khan's Met Gala 2025 debut was not only a milestone in Indian fashion but also a new standard for luxury and style, courtesy of the show-stopping watch on his wrist.

Shah Rukh Khan finally made his long-awaited Met Gala debut, becoming the first Indian male star to tread the legendary steps, wearing a bespoke all-black Sabyasachi outfit that honored Indian tailoring and heritage.

The focal point of his attire was the extremely rare Patek Philippe Grand Complications 6300G watch worth a whopping ₹21 crore (about $2.5 million). This beauty is made of 18k white gold and is adorned with 118 emeralds and 291 diamonds in an invisible setting to achieve maximum brilliance.

The watch is celebrated for its mechanical sophistication, with 20 complications, such as a perpetual calendar, moon phase, minute repeater, second time zone, and even an exclusive date repeater that sounds out the present date-a world's first on its launch.

Its reversible double-faced case means the wearer has the option to switch between two dials, both of which demonstrate exquisite craftsmanship and technical excellence. The strap is constructed from hand-stitched glossy alligator leather, and the clasp is set with emeralds.

SRK's accessories didn't end there. He used a Bengal Tiger Head Cane made from 18k gold with sapphires, tourmalines, and diamonds, and sported a one-of-a-kind necklace with the initials "K" and "SRK," a nod to his personalized royal style.

Designer Sabyasachi termed SRK as a "cinematic hero," and the actor's look was welcomed all over the world as a combination of Indian heritage, contemporary luxury, and stardom.

Shah Rukh Khan's Met Gala look was not just a fashion statement-it was a tribute to craftsmanship, heritage, and international influence, with his ₹21 crore watch representing the epitome of luxury.
