Kolkata-based chatbot AI startup Mihup is planning for an initial public offering (IPO) in the next two years after it raised ₹100 crore of venture capital. The company is in serious negotiations with a top Indian auto manufacturer to embed its in-car virtual assistant, after successfully partnering with Tata Motors. Mihup's voice AI is currently integrated into more than one million cars, providing multilingual capability that serves Indian languages and dialects. In addition to cars, Mihup is entering BFSI and customer care segments with AI-based solutions for call center analytics and agent guidance. This strategic expansion supports Mihup's mission to scale its in-house AI solutions globally.
