Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) operated Mundra Port broke its own record by becoming the first-ever Indian port to cross the milestone of 200 million metric tonnes (MMT) of cargo within a single fiscal year. Mundra Port registered an impressive cargo handling of 200.7 MMT during FY25, making it India's largest and most productive port.
This achievement was part of APSEZ's total record-breaking performance, with the company processing 450.2 MMT of cargo at its ports during FY25, a 7% increase year on year. The growth was fueled by a 20% boost in container and a 9% increase in liquids and gas cargo.
