NBCC Bags ₹355 Cr Government Project—Strengthens Infra Order Book

NBCC (India) Ltd, the state-owned construction and project management firm, has secured a work order worth ₹3.55 billion (₹355 crore), further cementing its position as a key player in India’s public infrastructure development. While the client and project specifics remain undisclosed, the order is expected to be executed under the company’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) vertical, which contributes over 90% to its revenue.

 

This win adds to NBCC’s robust order pipeline, which already includes marquee projects like the redevelopment of government colonies, smart cities, and stalled real estate assets. The company has been actively leveraging its PSU status to secure high-value contracts across ministries and public sector undertakings.

 

The ₹3.55 billion order is likely to be executed over the next 18–24 months and aligns with NBCC’s FY26 growth strategy focused on urban infrastructure, affordable housing, and institutional buildings.
