NBCC (India) Ltd has secured six new project management consultancy work orders worth about Rs 271.32 crore across education, institutional and tourism-linked infrastructure, strengthening its execution pipeline in the government-backed built-environment segment.
NBCC has informed NSE and BSE that it received six PMC work orders worth approximately Rs 271.32 crore, including multiple buildings for ICMAI and a Namami Ganga aquarium and discovery centre at Rishikesh, in the normal course of business.
NBCC (India) Limited notified the stock exchanges on 3 February 2026 about new work orders totaling roughly Rs 271.32 crore, excluding GST. The projects span Chandigarh, Ranchi, Baroda, Lodhi Road in New Delhi, Jaipur and Pashulok in Rishikesh. Five contracts relate to construction of ICMAI chapter and headquarters buildings, while the largest mandate is from Uttarakhand’s Department of Fisheries.
The Rishikesh project, a proposed Namami Ganga Aquarium cum Discovery Learning Centre at Pashulok, carries an approximate value of Rs 232.13 crore and is structured as a PMC assignment. All orders are domestic, classified as project management consultancy, and are stated to be in the ordinary course of NBCC’s business, with no related-party transactions disclosed.
