Nita Ambani Shares Touching Pre-Wedding Moment with Son Anant

Nita Ambani recently revealed a heartwarming conversation she had with her son Anant Ambani before his wedding to Radhika Merchant. In an interview with Bloomberg Television, Nita recounted Anant's words: "Mom, it's not what I am physically. It's what my heart is." This poignant statement came after Anant's long struggle with obesity due to asthma.

 

The conversation took place just before Anant took the stage as a confident bridegroom, holding his life partner's hand. Nita described this as "the most touching feeling" for her as a mother. She also addressed the criticism of the wedding's extravagance, stating that every parent wants to do their best for their children's wedding. Nita emphasized how the celebrations showcased Indian traditions, heritage, and culture on a global stage.

 

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were married on July 12, 2024, in Mumbai, following elaborate pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar and Europe.
