Pardon the Hit: ‘Bhool Chuk Maaf’ Continues Its Winning Streak on Day 10

Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi’s Bhool Chuk Maaf is proving to be a major box office success, posting impressive numbers as it wrapped up its second weekend. The film, directed by debutant Karan Sharma, has earned between ₹58.85 crore and ₹60.60 crore net in India in just 10 days, with Sunday collections hitting a strong ₹6.25 crore and overall weekend earnings of nearly ₹15 crore.

 

After a modest start, the film picked up momentum thanks to positive word-of-mouth and strong performances, especially in its second weekend. The day-wise breakdown shows a steady climb, with the film maintaining audience interest despite competition from new releases and the looming arrival of Housefull 5. Trade analysts now expect Bhool Chuk Maaf to close its theatrical run near the ₹70 crore mark before shifting to streaming platforms later this week.

 

The heartland comedy, set in Banaras, has outperformed several other mid-budget releases this year and is now among Rajkummar Rao’s highest-grossing films. Its success is particularly notable given that it was initially considered for a direct OTT release.

 

With its engaging time-loop narrative and strong ensemble cast, Bhool Chuk Maaf continues to draw crowds, cementing its status as a sleeper hit of 2025.
