Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the Pratibha Setu Portal during the Rozgar Mela, aiming to connect UPSC aspirants and other skilled youth with real opportunities in both public and private sectors. In a major push to harness India’s youth potential, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Pratibha Setu Portal on October 24, 2025, during the Rozgar Mela. The portal is designed to connect talented individuals—especially UPSC aspirants who reached advanced stages but were not selected—with meaningful roles across public and private sectors.

Addressing the nation via videoconference, PM Modi emphasized that the portal reflects a broader employment vision that goes beyond traditional government jobs. “The efforts of UPSC aspirants will not go in vain. Through Pratibha Setu, their talent will be redirected toward nation-building,” he said.

The Rozgar Mela also saw the distribution of over 51,000 appointment letters, adding to the cumulative total of more than 11 lakh jobs facilitated through the initiative so far.
