RailTel has secured a significant work order from the Central Public Works Department for setting up an information and communication technology (ICT) network along with comprehensive operations and maintenance support for five years. The scope spans system integration, commissioning and lifecycle support across CPWD locations, reinforcing RailTel’s position as a key government ICT partner.
The contract is domestic in nature, with no promoter or group interest in the awarding entity and does not qualify as a related party transaction. The work is scheduled to be completed by May 12, 2031, providing long-term revenue visibility and strengthening RailTel’s execution pipeline in the government infra-digital segment.
