Rajesh Power Services Limited (RPSL) has announced a major contract win valued at Rs 2.20 billion, awarded by Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) for the supply and installation of Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) systems. This order further strengthens RPSL’s position in India’s power transmission and distribution sector.
Key Highlights
The contract involves a turnkey scope: supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV MVCC at various locations under MGVCL’s Kisan Suryoday Yojna (KSY) and VKY-2 schemes.
The projects are designed to enhance the reliability and safety of the power distribution network, particularly in agricultural and rural areas of Gujarat.
RPSL was declared the lowest (L1) bidder for these projects, reflecting its competitive edge and strong execution track record.
The work includes MVCC deployment in divisions such as Bodeli, Dabhoi, Dahod, and Lunawada, with a focus on modernizing and upgrading existing infrastructure.
The contract is expected to be completed within 12 to 18 months, providing significant revenue visibility and operational momentum for the company.
This order is part of a broader series of wins for RPSL, which has recently secured multiple large-scale projects across Gujarat, further expanding its order book and market presence.
Looking Ahead
With this latest contract, Rajesh Power Services continues to demonstrate its expertise in delivering advanced power solutions and supporting state-led initiatives to improve rural electrification and grid reliability. The company’s growing order book and successful project execution are likely to drive strong financial performance in the coming quarters.
