RCB Off to a Steady Start, Salt Shines with Quickfire 32

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have made a solid start, reaching 45/1 after 5 overs against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Philip Salt was the aggressor, smashing 32 off just 16 balls with five fours and a six before being stumped. Virat Kohli is currently at the crease with 10 runs off 14 balls, aiming to anchor the innings.

 

CSK’s bowlers have maintained control, with Noor Ahmad taking the only wicket so far, conceding 8 runs in his over. Sam Curran and Khaleel Ahmed have been economical but are yet to make a breakthrough. With a strong run rate of 9.00, RCB will look to build a big total, while CSK aims for quick wickets.
