Rise Against Hunger India (RAHI) has announced the expansion of its nutrition-integrated life skills education program to empower over 1,000 adolescents across major Indian cities. Through partnerships with NGOs and trained facilitators, the initiative aims to strengthen health awareness, resilience, and decision-making skills, bridging the gap between nutrition and overall well-being.
Rise Against Hunger India (RAHI) is scaling up its pioneering nutrition-integrated life skills education program, targeting more than 1,000 adolescents and young adults. Following a successful pilot in Bhubaneswar, the initiative now extends to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, with structured modules designed to link nutrition with emotional, social, and cognitive development.
The program is being delivered through a Training of Trainers (ToT) model, equipping 26 NGO partners and 53 facilitators to implement the curriculum. By combining nutrition awareness with practical life skills, RAHI aims to empower adolescents to make informed choices, build resilience, and enhance their long-term well-being.
