Piramal Realty’s latest chapter in its six-weekend experiential campaign, Weekenders at Piramal Vaikunth, has brought biophilic living to the forefront of community engagement. Held on July 6, 2025, the Biophilia Chapter transformed sustainability from a design philosophy into a lived ritual, inviting residents, prospective homebuyers, and nature enthusiasts to immerse themselves in nature-inspired activities that reflect the township’s ethos.

Key Moments From The Biophilia Chapter

- A guided nature trail through Sanjay Gandhi National Park introduced participants to local biodiversity and the principles of biophilic design
- A hands-on sustainable gardening workshop offered practical insights into eco-conscious landscaping
- A community tree plantation drive at Piramal Vaikunth added 100 new saplings to the township’s growing green legacy
- Each family at apartment handover receives a sapling to plant, symbolising new beginnings and shared responsibility
- Over 1,500 plants have been cultivated across the development through this tradition

Design Philosophy And Township Vision

Spread across 32 acres in Balkum, Thane, Piramal Vaikunth is envisioned as a mixed-use development that blends nature, culture, and community. The township features:

- 1.71 lakh sq. ft. of curated amenities
- A 47,000 sq. ft. lifestyle clubhouse, Club V
- Maharashtra’s first Sri Sri Radha Govindadeva Mandir by ISKCON within a residential complex

The Biophilia Chapter is part of a broader Weekenders campaign that spans six themes—Wellness, Energy, Biophilia, Entertainment, Culinary, and Creativity—each designed to help homebuyers experience the lifestyle before committing to it.

Leadership Perspective

Abhijeet Maheshwari, CEO of Piramal Realty, emphasised that biophilic living is not a marketing add-on but a core design principle. He noted that the campaign is about nurturing a mindset that connects people to nature and to each other, reinforcing the township’s long-term commitment to conscious living.

Outlook And Community Impact

With immersive experiences like nature walks and tree planting becoming regular features, Piramal Vaikunth is redefining what it means to live sustainably. The initiative is not just about green spaces—it’s about cultivating a culture of environmental stewardship and emotional connection.
